Welcome to Agoraquest!  Unfortunately, the service manual source that we use only includes models sold in the USA.  However, I was able to view the KDL40V4000 service manual using another source and save it to a .pdf file.  Send me a PM requesting the service manual with your email address and I will send it to you.

I'm considering buying the premium package as well but then I read this:
Can request Sony Service or Owner manual. Limit 3 per year (new)
Is this true? and why such a ridiculous limit?!
I have found another site that gives me 2 free plans per day without a registration, that's usually where I find my Sony plans, but they don't have them all...

Hi Floofey,

We limit it to 3 per year due to the amount of requests we get. It's not a bad deal since it's $4 per manual. Most other sites charge between $9 to $20 per manual. Also, if needed we can always increase the amount on a per account basis.

We also have manuals that other companies do not have.

I'm not sad about anything but I wonder why it appears my home theatre picture which I emailed to Photo Gallery has not been posted. When going there all I see are old posts made almost 10 years ago.

Not sure I'm following you sterling1. Are you saying you emailed a picture to the Home Theater section of this forum and it's not showing?
