Hi,

An update on the Group buy for this product.
Our contact has been out of stock due to the amount of requests from Agoraquest Members and of course orders from their website.

But he has told me that they will have more in stock within a week. But it will be a limited amount.

Limited amount being at least 10 but not sure how many after that (maybe 20, 30 or 40). So once it's in stock, please reserve one. it's one a first come basis.

Hope this helps. I have been several emails on when this product was available throught the Group Buy

Hello,

I'm new here. What is the status on the Kf-60xbr800 group buy? Is anyone else interested in a replacement lamp and Techcraft's GV101 custom stand for this TV? Looks real good.

SO do we have to wait until the item(KF60XBR800) is in stock to get on the order list?

Yes, because I want to make sure our contact has a certain amount for us before I make it available through the Group Buy system.

Regarding the TechCraft GV101 "Companion" series stand for the Sony 50 and 60XBR800 televisions. It's ALL painted particle board construction, except for ONE glass shelf. This stand should be a freebie with the TV. DO NOT pay money for it.
I asked for the Sony SU-GW1 stand from the electronics store I bought my 60XBR800 from, and they pulled a switcheroo, saying the TechCraft stand was all they had available and was worth more money ($799 retail). So I reluctantly agreed....
I was totally disappointed with the components of the stand. 5 large pieces of gray painted particle board, one glass shelf, and assorted assembly hardware.
Thank god I didn't actually pay for this!! I don't know if the Sony stand is the same (particle board) but I am going to get something nicer with glass doors in the future.

Also I think I will run my posts by spellcheck in the future to avoid the editing.LOL.

I can't wait.... I've been salavating like Pavlov's dogs ever since I saw the 50" version in the local CC. Any news on whether or not we can get a discount if we order the stands as well?

My best guess would be straight from the source, Sony, I ordered it at the same time with the 50".
