Vista driver for card reader

I have a MSAC-US1 card reader but can only find drivers for Windows XP on the Sony site. I have Vista. I do not have the disc for the reader. What should I do?

First thing  check card vista compatibility at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/Search.aspx?type=Software&s=AVS

Then google with the card name and words 'vista' and 'driver'. you might find it.
