I don't know of any Sony Megachangers that will allow you to program the individual track names.

The older 200-disc CDP-CX270, and the ES variants, the CDP-CX88ES and 90ES have this feature, but they are the only Sonys that did.
Of course these models are no longer in production, so if you want one, you will have to get it used.
The makers or the "Slink-e", which is an interface box between your computer and Sony stuff, have a free jukebox software program. The compatibilty list for various Sony CD changers includes a lot of information about the individual models' features.

Yep, I think Aaron's right. As a matter of fact, the availability of the Slink-e is what drove my purchase of a Sony CD changer!!
With the Slink-e's database, you can title a CD that was burned without CD-text info. The database links the info to the track, so that you can search in the track or album title field and play precisely what you're looking for. . . As far as I'm concerned, mega-changers are useless without this gem!!!

Sony make a digital (read COOL) integrated amp that reads the track name for on-screen display/selection. Use SACD to do it in any of the Dream System line of DVD changers. I saw the whole HTB in a Tweeters for <$500 yesterday. Sound is not great, but decent for second bedroom environment.
