First you need to ask yourself if you really need it. What do you need to do with your set?
It's way to big to email. You can ask someone to burn it on a CD and send it to you.
Just so happens that all the XBR, HV, and HS models from 2002 have the exact same service manual. I have it and can burn copy's for whoever needs it but you really don't need it unless you are planning to do some serious adjustments.

I would like a copy and willing to pay you for it. I have a problem where the tv will work fine if I unplug the set for overnight, but once it's on I can't turn it off because it wont turn on and tne standby LED blinks 6 times. Please let me know Thanks, T.
