Hi,
I'm having some RGB shift problem on a KV-C2173E.
Could someone help me on how to access the service menu for this TV ?

Have you tried the standard sony code:
TV Set off.
on the remote press [display], then [5], then [vol +] then [power].
Write down the settings you plan to change first.

I've tried but it doesn't work.
