Hi, Everyone
Can someone tell me, where to set all these levels, in the user menue for this new Sony Tv, that I just got in Jan/03.
Can somone tell me where to put these levels so this outstanding TV will give me, the top of the line PQ.
Picture:
Brightness:
Color:
Hue:
Sharpness:
Color Temp:
Clear Edge:
The Sony Tv, that I own is the 34xbr800 wide screen HDTV.
Sony 34XBR800 Tv
SA-3100HD cable box
Sony SLV-N99 Hi-Fi VHS machine
Sony DVP-NS755V DVD machine
Sony RM-AV3000 remote control

There are no universal settings. Each set will be different. Buy the Avia (or Video Essentials) disk and follow the instructions. You should repeat the adjustments in about 6 months after your set breaks-in.

I use the following and the set looks great !
MODE= STANDARD
PICTURE= 19/64
BRIGHTNESS= 42/64
COLOR= 32/64 (50%)
HUE= 50% (default)
SHARPNESS= 47/64
COLOR TEMP=WARM (NTSC)
Clear Edge VM = OFF
DRC MODE=CINEMOTION
DRC Palette=Custom1 CLEARITY=1 and REALITY=1
16:9-AUTO
