How do I fix color bleeding? ( Wega KV-27FS12 ) |

Yeah, I made another post, but this is my first flat-screen TV. Anyways, I've noticed that some portions of my screen seem to be bleeding a red-ish color. My roommate said it has something to do with the "moire" setting and I have no idea how to fix it and he doesn't dare tamper with my TV settings. Anyone here know I can go about fixing this?
