First of all, I love the tv, and this forum has helped me integrate my DVD player and make the best of 16:9, and also fix some color balance issues. I am, however, getting what looks like a slight flicker on occasion when the color is a yellow or orange or a red... for instance, during Bush's press conference last night, on either side of his head (and I don't think that was my tv picking up his brainwaves... that would be impossible). it's nothing too distracting, but, hey, I'm not a rich guy and I want the most out what I spend. Any clues on how to address this specific problem? I haven't yet bought the Avia disc and ventured too deeply into the service menu, but I am wondering if anyone has some ideas that might allow me to fix this small problem without getting too deeply entangled (cause I'm bound to f it up).
