YEAH I finally got my 40XBR800 on Friday, here is what i can figure so far using the E86. As it turns out, the E86 only outputs 1080i or 480i but not simultaneously. When connected to the TV via Input 5 or 6, the TV automatically switches to 16:9 enhanced mode. And there is no option to turn it off. THe problem is when i want to watch non-HD material via Satellite. The TV stills sees it as 1080i, which is what the E86 is sending to it. The only work around i've found is to take both the component output of the E86 (into Input 5) and the S-Video (into input 1) and then have to switch inputs every time, not to mention switching the format of the E86. Has anyone else found another way?????
Thanks.
Sandor
