I have a Sony KP57WV600 and am wondering what are the "ideal" settings for this TV if I just have a basic cable input (not digital)? What are the differences between Reality vs. Clarity? Between interlaced, progressive, Cinemotion? I am looking to purchase a progressive scan DVD player...do I need to specify a setting on my TV to get the progressive output from the DVD player?

I have the same TV and would also like to know some of the settings that others use for this model (Games, DVD, TV). I'll post my settings later when I get the chance.
