The time varies base on the availability of claudio. He was blessed with a daughter on 11/04/11, so you can see that he has been very busy. I believe that you will get an email containing a link to the service manual.

Manual has been sent. Let me know if you haven't received it.
Have not received service manual yet.....where should I be looking for it? Email?
