    Hi Guys,

I just bought myself a new 29" KV-DR29M69 FD Trinitron DRC-MF TV and ran the THX Optimizer. When I got to geometry test and it was all shot. Anyone got the Service Code for this model? Tried Google and couldn't find of use.

    Thanks!

Hi, nice to see an asian model number, for a change...

Sony usually does'nt vary the codes (at least the basic GEO settings) much on it's asian models. I had a XJ29 & AR25, but used the XG29 service manual, as it was the only one I could find free-to-download on the web. At least for me, only 4 unknown codes outta 100's are not compatible.

So if you wish, send me a mail, I'll reply with the pdf of the XG29...
