    Device mgr. says it loaded programs but can't find the hardware.  Bought stand alone USB CD/DVD player and got the same result.  Thanks for any help.

    Hello diodedave,

    Not sure if it will help but there is a firmware update for your CD/DVD player that might help.

    Click HERE to give it a try.
