Hello Parney,
In looking for your remote manual I learned that the Sony RM-LJ305 isw the same as the RM-LJ304. Check out THIS site.

Thanks a million jttar just trying to get the remote to run a newer tv and a blu ray with my 5es to make things easier for the wife.Can get the tv to turn on and off with the lj305 but can't change inputs on tv so I'm not sure I can get this to work with macro's.I remember doing this years ago with my 4es so I hit one button and everything would come on for watching a movie .It worked fine until I added a bluray player as the 4es remote is not a learning remote.Gettting a little frustrated might have to bite the bullet and go out and buy a harmony remote if they are any easier to program.Thanks again.
