    there is power/standby light blinking diagnostics descriptions and access to the self check diagnostic list accessed by remote buttons "DISPLAY, Channel 5, volume - and tv power within one second of each other and make sure tv is off first. To see page one press 1, to see page two press 4. Any text in red is a concern. Perhaps you can use this to provide more info here. The rest of the manual is either schematics parts info and removal/replacement procedures and pictures.

    thanks for the info, but the technician has the tv, he asked for the service manual. The tv does not turn on.
