Does anybody know how to contact anybody on this web site? The reason is I joined this website last year and only used it to solve a problem on my tv and have not used it since. So I get an email from PayPal charging me $12.00 for this website that I don't use. I logged into this website and can't find the section where it says that my account should be renewed every year and I can't find the section on where to cancell my subscription. I have emailed (Email Address will not display unless member has 100 posts or is a Premium Member,

This email and phone number came in the email that Paypal sent me as contact information. Is this site legit or does it like to scam people. I had to cancel my PayPal account because they can't help me either. Would appreciate any help. Thanks
It's not a scam at all. It's kind of like a donation that just gives you some perks. The $12 is and has always been optional whether you get help or not. However being recharged yearly automatically I was not aware of.I don't recall being re-charged yet.

Hi hrjrkr,
I have gotten your voicemail. I try to call as many people back but can't since I get several phone calls. So I'm trying to have people email me directly instead of calling. I haven't gotten any emails, can you email me at claudio @ agoraquest . com.
You can unsubscribe by logging into your Paypal account. Also, in the email you got from Paypal, there are instructions on how to unsubscribe. You should have received 2 emails. One email one month before renewal and another after renewal.
Have you unsubsribe through Paypal? If not, I can help you do that.
I would not mind donating the $12.00 but when it gets charged to your PayPal account, than I do mind. Yes I did unsubscribe at the PayPal website.
claudio I sent you an email to claudio @ agoraquest . com The email that came on my PayPal was premium @ agoraquest . com. You didn't get my emails because they came back to me as undelivered.

Much like hrjrkr, I'd like to just join to fix a specific tv problem, without a yearly renewal. Is there a way to just purchase the correct "troubleshooting guide" without buying a membership that is going to come back for renewal yearly?

Hello jmihali,
Greetings and welcome.
I would suggest posting your question in the Television Troubleshooting section of the forum to see if one of our TV techs can answer it. Worse case scenario, drop the $12 (US) to become a Premium member and receive the service bulletin.
Joe
