hi guys -
I watched GI JOE last night with no issues.
This morning it ejected with no issues and we put in PLANET EARTH.
The message on the screen and display just say "LOADING" and nothing plays.
No controls work either besides power off.
Any suggestions? This sucks. I unplugged it and plugged back in but that didn't help.
is there a way to reboot it or something?

Hey, 2mchpwr. Sorry to hear of you BDP-S1. We should start with knowing what firmware version you have on the S1. Hopefully know already know since your controls don't seem to be working.
