New thermal fuse, but still dead |

On my KDF-50E2000 I have the six blinks. I replaced the thermal fuse, but it still doesn't work. I turn the TV on and it starts to warm up for about 5-6 seconds and then clicks and shuts down with the 6 blinks on the red LED power light. Is there something else I should be looking at or do I need to reset something with the new thermal fuse to clear the error code? I have the service manual, but it doesn't seem very helpful for this problem. Thanks.
