    SONY kv27v45 has retrace lines and blue screen.When I checked the supply which goes up to the ctr board, it measures 194 volts on my digital multimeter and then increases.The television then shuts down and the standby light displays 2 blinks.I have changed the FBT and IC1701, and checked the HOT, Q946 and Q947.
