green calibration problems |

I just purchased a KDL 40 XBR4 and I can not get the color corrrect. With the green bias turned all the way down in the advanced menu, it still has a slight green tinge so yellow, orange and red are just not quite right. I have used a calibration disc to set it up, but still no joy. I noticed something about a service menu on another post, is there one on this set? Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You need to contact whoever you purchased the set from and arrange for an exchange. Either that or contact the number in th Operating Instructions to contact Sony. I am sure that the set includes at least a one year warranty.
