I have a KV32FX66B , If you switch it to standby and then switch it back on ( within 5 to 10 min) it does not come on it gives 5 blinks. I have to wait for approx 30 min and then it will switch on OK. However I have adjusted the Screen G2 voltage on the flyback transformer ( after some research in here) and now the TV will switch on and off without problem , but I have light flyback lines on the screen. No matter how delicatly I adjust the screen(G2) voltage I am unable to get it to both clear the flyback lines and switch on and off. I am no expert with TV's but I was considering ordering a new flyback transformer and replacing it . What do you think ??? , is this worth a try or is it more likley to be something else ??
Thanks in advance.
One more point , if I plug the TV out over night then the next morning it will switch off and on ok, but if I let it heat up and switch it off and on the problem reoccurs.
I have also noticed a green dot in the centre of the screen as the tube is switching off, is this a sign of a tube on its way out ?
Would you completley rule out the flyback trafo.

Advance
