We have a Sony TV (KP-61S70) that's about 6 years old and it's got all these stats on the top of the screen. It tells you the name of the show that's on, how long the show is, how much time is left in the show, etc. and is a PITA to watch TV with all this on, especially sports games where the scores/stats are on the top. Any idea how to remove this?

Don't know with your model...But my Sony's past and present...There is a button on the remote labeled "Display" that cycles that function on/off....
