I've downloaded Crap Cleaner, but haven't had time to run a scan.
As for the HP printer, I used HP's website to run diagnostics which instructed to click on te "Features Tab'-----but there is no "Features Tab" in the diagnostic test. I googled the HP diagnostic and found other owners of my printer also don't have the Features Tab, so they couldn't run the diagnostic. I ran other tests, and maybe the ink cartridge is dry, so I ordered new cartridges which arrived today. I haven't had time to test the cartridges.
As for my scanner, I'm concerned about the settings (reduction size, resolution, etc.) that may be in the scanner itself or in the scanner software in my pc.
