Hello everybody!
I'm a new user in this forum.
I'd like to know, how I can get into the service menu of the KDL-20G2000.

Not sure if it will work on your model but to get into the service mode try this:
Press Display, 5, vol +, Power On in rapid succession. If it works turn the TV off with the power button to exit the service mode.
