The HTPS 7000SS's display is digital. But, I have heard that Monster is an evil company. If this is really true, even if there is an adjustment, then they just may not tell you.

Ed- It sounds like you have found the ideal equipment to rectify your AC line voltage fluctuations. No doubt this will not only improve the Audio and Video performance of your equipment as you have noted, but also extend the lifespan of that same equipment.
