    i got activated for military duty last year. i recently got back and tried to use my remote that i got with my str-k502p reciever. for some reason the remote will not work even with new batteries. i had it sitting in a box while i was away. do i have to reprog. something what? thanks for the help...(rm-u305 remote)

    Check to be sure that both the remote and the receiver are in the same AV mode.
