I have this receiver and my question is about the surrounds, in the user manual says there are two parameters "PL. LOW" and "PL.HIGH" which one is the correct to choose my surronds are about 8 feet(2.20 meters) from the floor.

Assuming that PL means placement, PL HIGH would be the correct choice. PL LOW is for ear level sitting down.
