Glad to hear that you got to the bottom of it and that the new cables and splitters took care of your bad picture. Evidently you were experiencing a signal loss with the old cables or splitter. Enjoy that new XBR800.

the drop amp helps too.
now it seems I have another problem. I see on scenes that there is a wave effect when scenes pan horizontally. right to left or left to right. also there seems to be a dip on the left side of the screen, not alot but its there. didnt notice it till of late.
