    I assume that you don't live in the US, because you will be in violation of US copyright laws if you provide copies of manuals that you download to others.  If you do download manuals, you may use http://www.yousendit.com/ to send copies to others.  You upload a file to them and they send an e-mail message to who ever your specify with a link to the file.
