Hello all.. as title already says.. I'd like to know
how you can enter the service mode...cause I need to re-adjust some geo. settings ...
I already had that code once..but lost it. And,
it's not possible to enter it by pressing +/- on
TV while turning on...
I definately was something to press on the remote
control (RM-932) to see the TT-- on screen
Thx in advance...
Sony
P.S.: if any1 has the code and it's not allowed to post here..pls send it to (Email Address will not display unless member has 100 posts or is a Premium Member,

Hello,
prepare the remote as follows:
1. Press the VCR/TV/DVD button until the TV LED lights.
2. Press and hold the yellow button for approx. 5 seconds until the TV LED flashes quickly.
3. Press 99999. All three LED's should light.
The remote is now in service mode.
To go into service mode of TV:
Press the VIDEO STANDBY button on the remote twice; TT-- will appear in the right upper corner on the screen.
Press MENU on the remote to go to the service menu.
Please note down every value before changing anything.
Don't enter other digits when 'TT--' is on the screen; this may cause unpredictable results.
Quit service mode by entering '00' after TT--.
Bring back the remote in normal mode by entering 00000 in step 3 of the procedure above.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ACTIONS IN SERVICE MODE COULD RESULT IN A NOT WORKING TV-SET WHICH NEED TO BE RELOADED BY MEANS OF THE TRACE-TOOL AND AN APPROPRIATE DATA SET!
Regards,
Bora.
