    Your Sony PVC-RS100 has an Intel's 845GL chipset with integrated graphics, with no AGP slot for possible upgrades.

    The 845GL chipset was intel low-end motherboard a couple of years ago.  It would not have been so bad but you cannot even upgrade your graphics because an APG slot has been left off for cost savings.
