HELLO, I´m repairing a FE-1A chassis, the problem it´s that when I turn on the tv the output line transistor shortcircuit. I Try with the flyback, resoldering all the driver line, the driver transformer, capacitors around, and nothing. The official service sony says to me that the problem its the jungle integrated circuit,CXA2140S, but it´s not manufactered now. I buy one with the same reference in a electronic parts shop and dont works, because the original will get very hot in seconds and the other one its cold. hello again, thanks to all, but I continue with the fail, i will tell the process: 1.- I have resoldering all the part of circuit driver, transformer, trt´s, resistors and all that afect to the driver circuit, including the ic jungle. 2.- I have change the LOT, line outuput transformer and nothing. 3.- I check in the pin 19 of ic jungle(osciloscope) if I have a pulse of horinzantal and its ok. 4.- the tv try to start with high voltage and shortcicuit the BU trt of horizontal, i have crashed 5 transistors trying to repair. 5.-i dont know what to do........ help thanks
hello can you help me with this fail? thanks. i think that its the fe1a chassis, when try to start the tv, we have only blinking led twice. i test the horizontal driver transistor and its shorcircuit, i changed it and the trt put again in s/c. can be the LOT, line outuput transformer, the problem? thanks again to everybody and sorry for my bad english. hello again i tried to change the contrast and the fail dont change, dont dissapear. i have an oscilloscope because i´m technician, i tried to find the fail with ice spray in some condensers of th power supply and vertical and horizontal part. her goes the photos, the effect dissapear when pass ten minutes aprox or more. in the beginning of the fail the tv goes ok in minus time. thankssssssssssss
hello to eveybody and merry christmas: My sony kv29fx60 have a strange fail: The tv starts ok, in cold. In 5 minutes aprox bengins to distorsion the vertical lines of the picture, the lines converts in waves, only to the vertical lines. this effect goes from minus to maximum, and in ten minutes the picture its all distorsion, but this effect goes dissapear in the next 5 minutes and the tv goes again ok. In the beginning of the fail the tv works ok in minus time. I was trying to find the fail with ice spray in all the condensers of the vertical deflexion, power supply and horizontal deflexion ..
Gracias Bardon, ya intente localizar el/los condensadores de filtro de alimentacion de las diferentes tensiones de la placa y con el frío no los localizo. lo intentaré con el osciloscopio mirando el nivel de rizado como dijo Borabora y si no cambiar directamente, que a veces es lo más eficaz. Hello, the tv starts with the next fail, vertical waves in the picture and OSD, and in 5 or 6 minutes dissappear, this effect its too visible(Only in OSD)when you disconnect the antenna cable(aerial), without RF signal. here goes the photos, thanks to everybody. cleaning the board of the remote control? I test de remote control in another tv sony and works good.the problem its in the receiver, and dont fail everytime, only when the tv its cold. and show too, a vertical waves who disappear in 5 minutes. thanks

thanks Borabora, the picture only stays when I turn up the G2 potentiometer, but if I continue turn up more, disappear the picture and apear the return lines. when the picture it doesnt disappear, the quality of colors and contrast its very poor. Another thing, its that the image(picture) when i turn on the tv, appear very later, like 4 or 5 seconds and that its not normally. thanks ok Regards Xavier, you help me in another time, thanks again
Hello to everybody, first of all sorry for my english. I have a tv model kv-b2513e, i think its a AE2 chassis. the problem its the next: the picture appear and disappear continusly for a 1 or 2 seconds, the sound its ok, the picture its very darkness, its like no quality contrast. i´m technician and i try to adjust the Voltage screen G2 and the picture can stay(without disappear) all the time, but with a poor quality of contrast and colors, its very strange. I suspect that any protection circuit its working, and dont show the picture when this cirucuit its working. i look all th ..
hello to everybody, its the second time that i write here. the first time i solve my trouble, by Borabora. Now i have a kvm-2521e dead, when i try to switch on, only listen a sound like when starts normally, typical sound of a sony tv´s when start. But no led flashes. the tv had a condensator who let liquid on the pcb, but i change it (c622,2200uf) and i change all the electrolitics of th pow supply. I made one probe, i put a lamp in line with the 135v output, and the iluminates a little bit, but the front led flashes 4 times with the lamp. I think th ..

helllo to everybody, i´m new in this forum. i have my sony kv-29ls30e dead. i´m technician , the line output trt its shorcircuit and i know the error code that its: jungle control 8v. i revised the circuit of 8v and i dont find nothing bad, and i test the power supply with a lamp in serie with the +B power, the lamp iluminates and now i test the 8v,5v and 3.3v and are ok with the lamp connected, this way i can measure and i protect the bu2515dx. can somebody help me please.......i have the schematic and the service manual.......THANKSSSSSSSSSSS Regards Xavi
