| Television Troublesh... | kp-51ws520 blink 10 | I currently am having the 10 blink issue on my KP-51WS520, is it easier just to replace the entire D board? or should I just replace the 2 transistors 1 Integrated circuit and the resistor that you speak of? |

| Television Troublesh... | KDSR50XBR1 optical block | I just had my optical block in my KDS-R50XBR1 replaced a few weeks back and I had the exact same issue. The tech from QualXserve said at it happens in like 1 in every 50 optical blocks that he replaced. So he went to his car and pulled out some notes, which I do not have, and upon entering the Service Menu he adjusted some values and wa-lah it was as good as new. The Service notes that he referred to recommeneded putting one of the values at 0, but I distinctly remember him saying that he liked 1 better and he left it at that. | Television Troublesh... | KDS-R60XBR1, 5 Red LED Flashes | My 60" XBR1 seems to be acting up. It blinks the Flashes the LED Red 5 times. I have 3 good bulbs, I am sure they are good because I also have the 50XBR1 and I tried them in that tv and all the bulbs work. | Television Troublesh... | Purple Edge on everything! | Hello, I have a Sony KF-50XBR800 LCD HD Monitor TV. I do not know how to fix the problem that I am having. When I am watching something on Fox for example the News The ladys picture looks fine but on the right edge of her face it is outlined in purple. Its like ghosting or something. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is this a convergence issue? THANKS in advance |

| Television Troublesh... | Grand WEGA KF-50XBR800, Audio only on Left Side | Hey John, Thanks for the advice. Can I just order a brand new A board? Or U Board? I have a OScope @ work. But I am not real sure what to check for. Any more help you could give would be great. Other than this sound problem the TV works great. Once I get this part fixed.. | Television Troublesh... | Grand WEGA KF-50XBR800, Audio only on Left Side | Hey all, I have the Sony Grand WEGA KF-50XBR800 as pictured below. The audio only comes out on the left side! its driving me nuts. I tried going to MENU--> AUDIO --> BALANCE and when I put it completely to the right side, I can barely hear anything. But as soon as I Fade it back towards the center its loud and clear BUT only from the left side. Any Help on this topic would be great. Thanks in advance!! |
