The reason is I joined this website last year and only used it to solve a problem on my tv and have not used it since. So I get an email from PayPal charging me $12.00 for this website that I don't use. I logged into this website and can't find the section where it says that my account should be renewed every year and I can't find the section on where to cancell my subscription. I have emailed premium@agoraquest.com and the emails come back as undelievered.
