Jehill, Do you know part number for these picture tubes? I ordered CB, CR and CG board already and waiting for it to arrive. I'll try those parts first since I already ordered but want to know part number of picture tubes just in case for next step. David.
Thank you for your advice. I will try changing all CR, CG and CB first and then see what would happen. I can't check out the color since TV doesn't turn on, even a service mode. Thank you Jehill I was able to locate IC9101, IC9201, IC9301 in CR, CG and CB board. I also located IC452 on the A board. I would like to just purchase those ic chips and replace but even if I have experience with soldering, my soldering experience is not that great to change IC chips. So I rather just replace boards instead. I could've save much money but its better than paying too much to service people. So, I did some research again with your tip in mind. Instead of changing all boards, I would like to make educated guess to find most probable board to replace. Here's what I come up w ..
Hi, Our KP57WS520 TV blinks 5 times and doesn't turn on. I was watching a movie and TV suddendly turned off by itself and then when I try to turn it on, LED light blinks 5 times and doesn't turn on. Its strange because last time when I had 9 blinking issue, LED light keeps on blinking with short rest after 9 blinks until I turn it off but this time after 5 blinks it turns itself automatically. So I'm not really sure if its 5 blinks or less because TV usually blink at least once when turning on. When I turn on the TV, LED blinks two times and I hear 'click' sound from TV and then it blin ..
Hi, I have Sony KP57WS520 Projection TV. Recently when I power it up, it doesn't come on but blinks for 9 times. When I turn the TV on with service mode (display + #5 + Volume minus) then it shows ZCD error for 200 times. I searched the thread and found many similar issues and replacing D6116 and D6301 diode in G board will fix it. Thanks to many of you specially 'Jehill' I orderd those two parts and waiting for shippment right now. I probably get it and will try to fix the TV myself next week.
