Hi. Can anone please share his opinion on the best 32" CRT that Sony made? Would it be the KD-32XS945? Was it the only 32" with HD tuner and display? No 32" ever had the Super Fine Pitch tube did it? Were there any other 32" HD displays besides the KV-32HS420? Thank you for your help.
Unfortunately, this is not much of a review. From the link: "We have not performed a hands-on review of the BDP-S570, but here is an overview of the player's features." Some Best Buy customers seem to have found it at their local Best Buy. I sure can't.
Hi. I have a BDP-S360 BD player. It has a USB connector on the back to use a USB flash drive for storing BD-Live information. I am wondering which size flash drive to buy. What amount of space is used on average for one disc's BD-Live content? Is the downloaded content kept on the flash drive permanently, or is it just used for when the disc is in the drive and accessing content at that time? If it is kep permanently, I am the kind of person to keep it forever and not want to delete it (like shows on a DVR). I do not own a USB flash dr ..

Hi. I looked on the Sony website, and I saw that they don't offer a DVD player / VHS combo unit any longer. Does anyone know the model numbers of recent models that they use to offer? I've got the Sony $200-ish DVD recorder / VHS, but need to move it to another room. I'd like to have something to hopefully just take up one set of cables and one connection on the back of the TV (KV-34XBR970). There will only be one input available. Where would be a good place to look for a new one? Thank you for any model numbers to search for.
The Pioneer DV-341 was bought in the fall of 2001, so it may be too old to have an ID-1 signal. There is a menu section on the DVD player where one can choose 4:3 widescreen (letterbox), 4:3 pan & scan or 16:9 widescreen. I don't know if it will do 480p or not, but my TV is just a regular analog TV (non-EDTV/HDTV), so it won't display 480p. If the DVD player tried to shrink it down in 4:3 widescreen, the measuremnt is off. If I do it with the TV's menu selection, it is mathematically correct at 16:9. I guess I will download the DVD/SACD player's manual and che ..
Hi. First, let me say that I am glad to find a message board for Sony products. This is a great forum! I have a Sony 32" CRT non-HDTV TV. It is the KV-32FS200. It has a feature where you can go into the Menu and shrink the screen size down to 16:9 if you are playing a widescreen DVD. My DVD player is a Pioneer DV-341. I recently picked up a DVP-NS775V for my dad at Circuit City (only $99.99!). I hooked it up to make sure it worked before I took it to him (a couple of hours drive - would have hated to deliver a dud). When I put i ..
