OK, so there are 55cm betwen the feet. Anyone know the distance from the absolute ack of the unit to the end of the front feet? I have a 18inch or so rack and I can not leave the unit hanging off the back I don't mind it sticking out a bit and I can put it on the bottom shelf (gives me 3 more inches room). Seriously thinking about this changer to store my 250+ DVD collection. Also, do you guys load up the special feature disc for all your DVDs or just the movies? I dont really watch the special features but wouldn't mind having them for some d ..
Thanks for the reply Craig. It is a tough choice to decide on a changer but my ~275 DVD collection is getting a little crazy. The only things that hold me back from pulling the deal on this are the flipper disc issue (Which really isn't an issue since the only disc I can think of off the top fo ym head that is a flipper is Schindlers List) and issues with removing DVDs when my father ro brother want to borrow one. The warranty is also a BIG factor as I like having the 5 year warranty but wont jump o the great price without it. -Evangelo2 On ..

I am wondering if the 5 year warranty only applies if you purchase the unit from an authorized Sony dealer? I ask only because I foudn an unreal deal through eCost for 549.99 and will buy the player from them if the 5 year warranty is still valid.
