Television Configura...	XBR450 with SONY DVP-NS700P	Press menu on the TV's remote, it is under setup
Television Configura...	XBR450 with SONY DVP-NS700P	Hello all I think I am confused about the settings on my xbr450 36 inch with my Sony DVP-NS700P. I have progressive scan turned on all the time on the dvd player, so when I watch dvd's the DRC option is grayed out. My question is what should I tell the DVD player it is outputing to (4x3, Widescreen) and should I have 16x9 enchanced (On the TV) turned on or off when watching dvd's. Thank you

Other (Tape, Short W...	Opinons on the Sony SAT-HD100 receiver	I am in the market for a HD Direct TV reciver and this won looks good but I have heard about some noise problems. Can anyone comment on this receiver and how it works with the xbr450? I am trying to choose between this and the Hughes E86 the Sony looks cosmetically better and goes with the rest of my HT is silver but if the noise problem is very bad I would rather settle for the Hughes. Any opinons?[addsig]

Television Configura...	16 by 9 enhanced	the only thing I am asking is what is the advantage of making the letterboxed imaged more squished by turning the 16x9 enhanced mode to on from auto or from off to on (in component) Heh i think we might have a little misscommuation.

Television Configura...	16 by 9 enhanced	I have a question about the 16x9 enhanced mode on my xbr450, when i put it on it puts letterboxing on 4x3 images and shrinks the picture even more on 16x9. My question is why even use this? is the picture better? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Ok on to my post, what tv's do everyone have? I just bought a new sony xbr450 and I love it I am going to pick up Avia later today to fine tune the picture but so far it looks great.
