It is true, a lot of things can be changed (I use Paint Shop Pro 7). Until now I can only show changed files that were made with the Sony itself, of which a number won't display. If I have time I can maybe figure out which changes I shouldn't make. However if there is a specific file format needed (something in the header of the JPG file, like some Sony string or text), I might be able to 1) find out why my files don't display and 2) make changes to these and maybe non-Sony files so they will display. I have a problem and I hope there is somebody than can help me: As I want to show my pictures to aquaintances, I resized my pictures till 640x480, sent them to the memorystick and showed them on TV. Problem is that some (5-10% !) of the pictures show the text "file error" instead of a picture. No idea why. File names are correct (have to be in Dsc0xxxxx.jpg format, where x is a number).
