Keyword Tips If you are search for "50we610 blinking" try "we610 blinking". If you search for "5 blinking" try "five blinking". If you search for "Sony KDF-55wf655" try "55wf655" or better yet "wf655". Try searching with general search term first and then add more specific keywords to narrow it down.

Recommended after display the search results. I would open the links in a new window. Read the postings and when done close the window. And open the next posting that you want to read in a new window, close that window and repeat. This is probably the most efficient way.

Also, try the new Google Search which searches the entire Agoraquest website. Click here

For Televisions issues, red/green blinking lights, vertical lines, D Board, Lamp Driver and more.
I would vist our "Frequently Asked Questions for Sony Products" forum and read the "Television Trouble Shooting Information Packages" thread. There are several service bulletin packages that can help resolve those issues.
For Televisions issues with blue, green, optical block, extending warranty or other related issues
I would visit our new Sony Alert/Warranty recall section at Sony Recall/Warranty Section

First 650 characters of this postIt wasn't actually in the dumpster but on the concrete slab next to it.  I had noticed it a few days earlier and there was a light rain in the interim before I decided to get my 2-wheeler hand truck and cart it home.  Originally there had been an even older SONY remote taped to it but that was now gone.  It weighs a ton (103+ lbs. or 47 kg) and I needed help getting it up the front steps. It was manufactured in Mexico in March 2001.  The front control panel cover is missing along with a couple chunks of plastic in th

First 650 characters of this postThe service manual isn't going to help you decide whether or not to replace the BAL BOARD, but it will help you replace it if you decide to do so.  Whether or not I would try replacing the BAL board depends on how much it cost.  The part number is A-1778-906-A.  You may purchase it for $177,63 at  <a title="https://servicesales.sel.sony.com/ecom/accessories/web/index.jsp" href="wlmailhtml:{A791BA5B-23CB-4D00-829E-18C57662B5FC}mid://00000050/!x-usc:https://servicesales.sel.sony.com/ecom/accessories/web/index.jsp">

First 650 characters of this postHello all,I have a KDL-55NX720 which is about 20 months old now and has worked flawlessly up until last night. While watching a movie, out of the blue the set randomly turned off. It will not turn back on, unless I unplug it and then plug it back then. However it will promptly shut down again 4-5 seconds later. I'm getting 4 red blinks in the lower left corner. When it does come back on momentarily, I DO see some picture on the screen. However I have not been able to confirm if any specific corner is darker than any other. Can anyone provide some guidance as to wha

First 650 characters of this posttbone7467- We have many Members who could recommend a classic Sony Receiver for your needs, but it may be that you have not received more replies so far because of all the areas that you want to provide sound for and 1 Receiver simply could not handle the job alone. If you could do a breakdown of the requirements of each specific task then we could make some recommendations.Other than that how's life in the land that is so nice they had to name it twice?   ----------------
    Television TroubleshootingKDL-46NX810 built-in wireless stopped workingTallPaul7122013-06-04 22:23
First 650 characters of this postHello everybody, my KDL-46NX810 built-in wireless stopped working. I tried both auto and manual settings. When I hit "Scan" for networks the network list is blank. My Sony and Panasonic Blu-ray players located in the same spot connect flawlessly. So it must be the TV. For 6 months I kept getting random disconnects once a week. Then it started to disconnect daily and I could always reconnect. Now it doesn't reconnect at all. Is there a fix for this,&#65279; I hope wireless module isn't dead[ This message was edited by: TallPaul7 on 2013-06-04 22:24 ]

First 650 characters of this postCurrently what would prevent your equipment from working together is the Sony STR DH800's lack of a phono input although if you get a Phono Preamp for the Project TT it would solve that problem. The only thing that higher priced wires guarantee is that you will pay more for them. For a fraction of the cost of those expensive cables you can very simply put together some genuine high performance cables... First 650 characters of this postgeoffmallan- Welcome to Agoraquest and congratulations on acquiring a pristine condition 1999 Sony DB 930! It was this same subject of the DB930 Receiver that brought me to Agoraquest to make my First Post back in 2002. The generally accepted rule for cap replacement with classic Audio Gear is after 20 years, but having owned my DB930 for almost 14 years my answer to your question about cap replacement would be that it depends primarily on how many years your European version DB930QS has been used.
