Recommended after display the search results. I would open the links in a new window. Read the postings and when done close the window. And open the next posting that you want to read in a new window, close that window and repeat. This is probably the most efficient way.

Also, try the new Google Search which searches the entire Agoraquest website. Click here

For Televisions issues, red/green blinking lights, vertical lines, D Board, Lamp Driver and more.
I would vist our "Frequently Asked Questions for Sony Products" forum and read the "Television Trouble Shooting Information Packages" thread. There are several service bulletin packages that can help resolve those issues.
For Televisions issues with blue, green, optical block, extending warranty or other related issues
I would visit our new Sony Alert/Warranty recall section at Sony Recall/Warranty Section

First 650 characters of this postI had a similar problem with my DVP-NS900V a while after I got it (secondhand). You could try to get into the service menu, which lets you calibrate the player for all kinds of discs. If it fails anywhere during those calibration tests, then the pickup is probably bad. (to get into the menu, you need to press a series of buttons on the remote, but I don't remember the sequence)I picked up the service manual for mine (as it wouldn't calibrate DVD double layer discs nor SACD's), found out the pickup part number, found a new one cheap on ebay, and installed it myself, reran

Part of the reason was, that finding another used Sony-amp in gold would be quite difficult ... ------------Sony: TA-DA9000ES TA-N90ES - The Golden Beast CDP-XA50ES DVP-NS900V ------------ 4 x KEF Q7

First 650 characters of this postHi Potzi I prefer this plug.  The lock angle plug relieves the stress on the cable.  The cable is pulling downwards.  The cable's can be directed to the right or left.  It really helps when you are running 5.1. 7.1 or 9.1 keeping the wires where I want them.  I strip my wires and double them, then tin them.  I then clean them with 99% pure isopropyl alcohol, and drip them in Caig pro gold.  Then I assemble the connectors.  I have yet to have 1 come out.

First 650 characters of this postI\'m looking at replacing my aging DVP-S7700 with something slightly more modern.  I just finished a round of upgrades that have brought my setup into the HD world, so I\'d like to get a progressive-capable DVD player.  I\'ve had my eye on the NS9000/9100ES for some time, but with the Blu-Ray player out now, I\'m wondering whether it is smart to go to BD only, or keep a dedicated DVD/SACD player.  I\'m still leaning toward picking up a 9100ES, but, from a pure spec sheet standpoint, the S2000ES should work by itself.  But, with all the trouble I\'ve had with the u
