| Television Troubleshooting | Sony KP-51WS520 No Power, No sound, Standby light flashes | GeorgeG | 163 | 2009-06-26 14:05 |
| First 650 characters of this post | I have a KV-27FS320 with the 9 blink problem. 9 blinks is not a valid error code in the service manual but it does show up on the TV diagnostics menu and shown as ZCD error like most other televisions. This model however does not have a "G" board or the D6116/D6301 diodes. I see a service bulletin referenced here that addresses this issue for my set. Can anyone send it to me? Thanks, George Gidzinski My email is my first name @ my last name .com[ This message was edited by: GeorgeG on 2009-06-27 00:44 ] |

| First 650 characters of this post | I have a KV-27FS320 that has the picture go blank for 5 or 6 seconds then return but I do not lose any sound. Thanks to this site I did the self diagnosis on the TV and it came up with this 5: AKB 1. Everything else is either 0 or n/a. Is this something I can fix on my own? Does it just need to be cleaned cause I've bought the TV on 1-1-2005 and it's quite the dust bunny? My expertise in electronics has been hooking up cables and I've never done any soldering. Any help would be appreciated. |

| Television Troubleshooting | kv-27fs320 would not turn with 9 standby blinks | munkles | 6 | 2007-08-08 22:28 |
| First 650 characters of this post | My tv would repeatedly refuse to turn on with 9 flashing blinks. According to the service bulletin that jehill sent me, I narrowed my problem down to a possible bad solder joint. Or at least I has hoping it was nothing more than that, haha. To my surprise, it worked. I resoldered every component in the zero crossing detector, well, only the transistors and diodes in the zero crossing detector circuit and success! For now at least, the tv is operational. My kv-27fs320 is only 2 years old too. I have the service manual from sony and a few other pieces of information. If anyone else needs a servi |

| Television Troubleshooting | Loose Coaxial Connector on Back of TV | finalcoolman | 3 | 2006-01-24 03:36 |
| First 650 characters of this post | The coaxial connector on the back of the TV (KV-27FS320) is slightly loose. When I screw a coax on or off, the the connector likes to turn with it with a clicking type sound as it turns. How can I fix this without opening the TV? If I turn the connector in a certian direction (clockwise or anti-clockwise) will it fix the problem by tightening the connector into whatever it\'s fastened into or will it make it worse? Here is a picture of the back of my TV and the loose connector is the left silver barrel: |

| First 650 characters of this post | My coaxial connector on the back of the TV (KV-27FS320) is slightly loose. When I screw a coax on or off, the the connector likes to turn with it. Is this connector directly soldiered on to a board in the TV? In this case I guess it would be broken. Or is it connected to the circuit board through a cable meaning it can still turn without breaking? Thanks, |
| Television Troubleshooting | Circle Drawn on TV | finalcoolman | 2 | 2005-06-17 00:55 |
| First 650 characters of this post | Hi, on my brand new KV-27FS320 right after I turn off the TV, I see a faint circle about (6\" diameter) being very quickly \"drawn\" right in the centre of the screen and it very quickly fades away. It has a greenish/purplish colour. Is this a cause for concern or is it something normal? |

| First 650 characters of this post | Just wondering if this is a problem. We just got a KV-27FS320 if it matters. Is it bad for the TV if you turn it on for only a few minutes and then turn it off. Its only been used like that for the past couple of days. I mean I don\'t think its bad for a short time. But is it bad if we continue doing this over the long term if you do this like 20+ times a day? Thanks, |

| Television Misc and News | KV-27FS320 Memory Stick Media? | klj23 | 1 | 2004-07-02 11:21 |
| First 650 characters of this post | Hello! First, hello! I\'m new here I\'m also trying to decide between the KV-27FS320 and the KV-27FS210. The descriptions from sonystyle.com really can\'t help me decide... What do you all think about both of them - I know the one hasn\'t come out yet - but does anyone have the 210 and could give me an opinion? The Memory Stick thing sounds pretty neat but I\'m wondering if the 210 is a better TV altogether. I know, lame first post, but I need help! |
