Recommended after display the search results. I would open the links in a new window. Read the postings and when done close the window. And open the next posting that you want to read in a new window, close that window and repeat. This is probably the most efficient way.

Also, try the new Google Search which searches the entire Agoraquest website. Click here

For Televisions issues, red/green blinking lights, vertical lines, D Board, Lamp Driver and more.
I would vist our "Frequently Asked Questions for Sony Products" forum and read the "Television Trouble Shooting Information Packages" thread. There are several service bulletin packages that can help resolve those issues.
For Televisions issues with blue, green, optical block, extending warranty or other related issues
I would visit our new Sony Alert/Warranty recall section at Sony Recall/Warranty Section

First 650 characters of this postLaGrew, I would run the self diagnostic test which can be seen in the Frequently Asked question section. Also, are there any other visible issue that you see around the lamp area. I think this model is prone to warp door for the lamp door due to the heat. Could be the lamp driver but not entirely sure on that. I would check the lamp area. thundar69, The lamp bulb is Sony A-1085-447-A Model XL-2200 Lamp Block Assembly XL-2200U Replacement Lamp for WF, XS and E Series Grand WEGA TVs, Works with models KDF-55XS955, KDF-60XS955, KDF-E60A20, KDF-55WF655, KDF-60W

First 650 characters of this postLooks like the lamp needs to be replaced. Has the lamp been replaced or would this be the first time. Usually what occurs for lamp replacement is the TV dies no video or sound after being turned on for 10 seconds to 2 minutes. Also, replacing the lamp is very easy to do. It should take the technician less then 15 minutes to do. I can changed my for the 50WE610 in about 10 minutes. The hard part is r
