| First 650 characters of this post | hi, i have a sony trinitron kv-36fv15. when i press the on button, the sound comes on but the screen stays blank. it doesnt light up either. the standy by/stereo light blinks continuously. i read the issues section: Continuous blink once a second, no pausing - No reply from the jungle IC301 data bus is busy, shorted to ground, or held high), IK video path is defective. another forum i think said to resolder the tuner grounds.i dont really know which wires these are, etc. so any help would be very much appreciated! |

Right now, I'm trying to figure out what the blinking code is.. when I attempt to turn it on, it makes a click sound and the standby light blinks 5 times, pauses, and blinks 3 times. Anyone know what this means? I'm all up for buying parts if need be. But if it's going to cost a lot to fix it, I'd rather just buy a new tv. Thanks in advance!! |
