Keyword Tips If you are search for "50we610 blinking" try "we610 blinking". If you search for "5 blinking" try "five blinking". If you search for "Sony KDF-55wf655" try "55wf655" or better yet "wf655". Try searching with general search term first and then add more specific keywords to narrow it down.

Recommended after display the search results. I would open the links in a new window. Read the postings and when done close the window. And open the next posting that you want to read in a new window, close that window and repeat. This is probably the most efficient way.

Also, try the new Google Search which searches the entire Agoraquest website. Click here

For Televisions issues, red/green blinking lights, vertical lines, D Board, Lamp Driver and more.
I would vist our "Frequently Asked Questions for Sony Products" forum and read the "Television Trouble Shooting Information Packages" thread. There are several service bulletin packages that can help resolve those issues.
For Televisions issues with blue, green, optical block, extending warranty or other related issues
I would visit our new Sony Alert/Warranty recall section at Sony Recall/Warranty Section

First 650 characters of this postHi   I just came across your post.  I have repaired atleast 10 sony sxrd tv's now. At first just to see if I could. The problem is the blue lcos chip. I have been buying broken ones for parts. The chips are labeled red, green and blue but I have found that they are completely interchangable and produce a perfect picture.  The problem is the mechanical alignment, it is quite tricky. The main thing is to get it square in relation to the other 2 chips. Then some of the alignment can be adjusted electronically though the service menu adjustments. If there is a call for this info

First 650 characters of this postThanks.  For future folks...SXRD KDS-60A2020 Optical Block screws are behind the front Bezel.  You can easily remove the bezel with a small flat head screwdriver.  Gently pry out and it should pop out.  Two screws hold the OB in place.  Also, three lens fell out, not sure of placement in optical path. can you help?  could not seem to figure out how to attach Picture.  Three colors...Blue, Orange and magenta?  I did take picture before, but the flash makes it difficult to see the colors.  It appears blue is in the middle, not sure of other two.&n

First 650 characters of this postI just bought the 4600 for the switched/unswitched capability of the two HDMI outs.  That said, I'm having problems with this feature.  To test this, I am running HDMI from my Time Warner Motorola cable box to the AVR.  From there, HDMI A is going to my 3-year old Sony SXRD KDS-60A3000 and the HDMI B is going to a 1-year old Sony 22EX-308. I can view cable programs on each TV one at a time.  But when I select HDMI A+B, the picture on both TV's flickers on and off for a minute or so then just goes black.  The troubleshooting tips in the manual don't

First 650 characters of this postFraser- Its simply ridiculous that you can't have anything you want shipped to Canada and it makes me wonder if some politicians haven't put some new restrictive laws or tariffs on the books. While the DB 930 and DA5ES are both fine quality Analog Receivers the DA7100ES is an all Digital Receiver which has a well earned reputation for being the finest sounding Digital Receiver Sony made from 2003-2005 next to the $4,500 DA9000ES which is in a whole different league. I heard the DA71

First 650 characters of this postWelcome to the forum.  Nice price for a 60" HDTV, and it should match-up well with todays flat-panels.  The SXRD screen was evolutionary at the time it was introduced in 2005 with the 70", $13,000 Sony Qualia 006.  Good luck and good viewing.

    Getting Started/Building a Home TheaterNeed advice on New Receiver/DVD playerJlow1312010-05-09 15:19
First 650 characters of this postI'm looking for some advice on replacing my receiver/dvd player. My current set up includes a Sony SXRD 60 inch, AVD-CS70ES, and 5 SS-LA500ED speakers and subwoofer. So my wife thought it would be a good idea to move the AVD-CS70ES while loaded with 3 dvds, they apparently moved in this process and it jammed the tray. She then forced the tray open and now it no longer works. So I am torn, do I take it in and pay to have it repaired, it looks like the track for the tray is broken or upgrade to Blue-ray dvd/receiver?Any and all advice would be greatly
