Keyword Tips If you are search for "50we610 blinking" try "we610 blinking". If you search for "5 blinking" try "five blinking". If you search for "Sony KDF-55wf655" try "55wf655" or better yet "wf655". Try searching with general search term first and then add more specific keywords to narrow it down.

Recommended after display the search results. I would open the links in a new window. Read the postings and when done close the window. And open the next posting that you want to read in a new window, close that window and repeat. This is probably the most efficient way.

Also, try the new Google Search which searches the entire Agoraquest website. Click here

For Televisions issues, red/green blinking lights, vertical lines, D Board, Lamp Driver and more.
I would vist our "Frequently Asked Questions for Sony Products" forum and read the "Television Trouble Shooting Information Packages" thread. There are several service bulletin packages that can help resolve those issues.
For Televisions issues with blue, green, optical block, extending warranty or other related issues
I would visit our new Sony Alert/Warranty recall section at Sony Recall/Warranty Section

First 650 characters of this postHi guys, I have got a Sony DVP-NS955V player and it will play all DVD-R discs but not ones that I have burned my self on my Sony 8x DVD R Recorder (in my pc). Every time i put on of my discs into the player it reports C:13:0:70 or something and displays Dirty Disc. All other DVD-R discs play fine. So it has got me thinking it is a problem with either my DVD Burner or the discs. Having a look at the website, sony give some confusing information: Compatible Disc Formats (Playback) * Commercial DVD Video * DVD-R write once Recordable Disc (

First 650 characters of this postThe fuse that you are looking for is F402 on the MB-86 board.  There are two versions of the board.  The old version includes the resistor and the new version does not.  This is addressed in the following service bulletin:__________________________________________________________Document Reference: E16348893Model: DVP-S360, DVP-S560D, DVP-S570D, DVP-C660, DVP-C670DSubject: PLAYER MAY NOT PLAY CD/DVD OR VCD (MDP006SYMPTOMThe DVD player may not play disc.  The display may indicate \"No Disc\" or \"C:13:00

First 650 characters of this postDo you also get an error code, such as C:13:00?  It probably won\'t help you much, but you may purchase the DVPS-7700 \'98 US CAN service manual for $12.25 (USD) here.  Just search for Part or Accessory Number 992170211.[addsig]

First 650 characters of this postHi, To enter the Service menu mode, none of the ways suggested in the forum works for my 2-year old Sony MHC ZX70DVD. Any idea how does one enter the Service menu for this particular model. I need to rectify the dreaded C:13:00 error.Thanks,Sen.

First 650 characters of this postSony replaced the servo-mechanism on my DVP-S7700 while it was still under warranty; I was receiving the same errors. Now, two years later, I\'m back in the same situation, especially with the C:13 error. Gary
