| Television Installation | LDM3210 MBD MRX1 cannot show HD | ahac69 | 2 | 2013-05-16 07:25 |
| First 650 characters of this post | Further information. This tv is also known as kdl l32mrx1 and has native resolution of 1268x768.I went from pc to tv through vga at 1268x768 and it was fine. Tried at 1268x720 and no picture. This indicates according to Fury that the tv will not work with a Fury. Why doesn\'t the tv upscale the 720 signal. I thought it would be able to recieve a signal at a lower resolution than it is capable of. |
| Off-topic | How TV and the Internet melted into one world | NiteHawk | 5 | 2013-05-01 15:17 |
| First 650 characters of this post | Good question. My experience on viewing TV content via the internet is not on a real-time basis. All of my viewing are with previous broadcast shows that I've missed or didn't DVR at the time. When I do experience real-time sports via the internet, (Sunday Night Football), it is provided as an additional free service for an all ready over priced cable bill. I'm finding that YouTube is a truly free on demand channel providing decent hi-def content at 720/1080p. |

| Television Configuration | Network Doesn't Always See TV | buzzmag | 1 | 2013-04-01 17:40 |
| First 650 characters of this post | Running Windows 7 HP 64 bit with KDL60NX720 WiFi TV. Neither my network nor the Devices & Printers Page will always see the TV. Sometimes they do but mostly they do not. Add a Device doesn't help. I need the TV to appear in order to have the "Play To" function for streaming videos to the TV. Any thoughts about how I can get the network to see the TV? |

| Television Troubleshooting | Sony LED TV's are CRAP! Do Not Waste Your Money. | fireman_bob | 5 | 2013-01-13 10:42 |
| First 650 characters of this post | Ok so I have a $2500 Sony LED LDL-60NX720 supposedly the latest and greatest from 2011. After 1 1/2 years part of the LED backlight has gone bad. Cost to repair exceeds the value of the set at this point. Sony warranty? Faggetaboutit. Warranty expired after 12 months. Guess that's exactly how long they expected this POS TV to work, and it did. Response from Sony customer service "I am so sorry to hear about your issue".STAY FAR AWAY FROM SONY PRODUCTS, unless you like to waste money.[ This message was edited by: fireman_bob on 2013-01-13 10: |
| Television Troubleshooting | KDL-60NX720 4 Blinks | fireman_bob | 3 | 2013-01-12 13:29 |
| First 650 characters of this post | Hi,I've just found this forum in search of repair details for my KDL-60NX720 (LED backlight) from 2011. The symptoms are 1) Set power up normally, screen comes on, green LED is on2) After 4-6 seconds screen shuts down3) Red LED blinks 4x In looking a the page in this site that describes the blink codes, its says "backlight failure" for KDL 4 blinks. I'm confused about this since the screen appears to come up normally then shut down. If the backlight failed, then why am I able to see the picture at all?Could this be a current sensing issue with the LED driver |
