More reason's for a home-theater system. At least you'll know what you are cleaning off the bottom of your shoes. Click here for more information.

Perhaps this would explain why my home theater looks and sounds better then my local cinema theater.

Sony stands behind its digital projectors "all we can recommend for your summer movie viewing is that if you do see anything out of order, don't let that jumbo tub of popcorn and Icee slow you down -- complain to management loudly and quickly to get the picture fixed " Click here for more information.

All of this can only hurt in getting people to go to the movies. Certainly doesn't increase my desire to go. It just makes me feel more comfortable with the fact I haven't been to a movie theater in years._mykl

You can count me in on that. Haven't been to a public movie since Armageddon was released (1998). Don't miss it one bit. Besides putting up with the price of entry and concessions, you have to put up with all the smartphone users. Looks like lighting bug night down at the Bijou, from what I've been told. Why someone would have a conversation in a movie theater, or check their facebook is beyond me :-)
