    I bought a KV-27FV300 about a month ago. LOVE the picture and sound but it's been plagued with geometric distortion from day one. Can someone e-mail me the sevice code, or better yet, the service manual for this model? I already had several techs out to fix it but they always too much in a hurry and won't spend the time necessary to tweak it correctly. Thank you very VERY much in advance!

    Yes I know. Service guys I guess are paid buy the service call. I finally got the name for a service manager where these guys came from and when the last guy was here, I dropped his name. Guess what, the guy was more than willing to do what ever I asked.

    As for your geometry problems. It may be caused by the yoke, which the service guy fix.
